6. Skill Verification
While we strive to verify professionals’ credentials, we do not guarantee the accuracy of all information provided by users. Clients should exercise due diligence.
7. Payments and Fees
Payments between clients and professionals are solely the responsibility of the parties involved. The Platform may charge service fees as outlined separately. All fees are in South African Rand (ZAR).
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform is not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for violations of these Terms or harmful behavior.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
